Getting help

Where are my funds held?
Section titled “Where are my funds held?”In your own account at the venue — Hyperliquid or Lighter. pnl.xyz never takes custody. We hold a delegated key that can place and cancel orders on the account you nominate, and cannot withdraw from it.
How do I deposit or withdraw?
Section titled “How do I deposit or withdraw?”Through the venue’s own deposit and withdrawal flow. The Deposit and Withdraw buttons in the wallet menu open it for you. We deliberately do not wrap those flows: a mistake in a bridge address loses funds, and the venue’s own page is the one they keep correct.
How do I stop everything?
Section titled “How do I stop everything?”Set your multiplier to zero, which closes the position at the next rebalance. To cut us off entirely, revoke the delegated key at the venue — you do not need our permission or our involvement to do that.
Algorithms
Section titled “Algorithms”Are the track records real money?
Section titled “Are the track records real money?”No, and this is the single most important thing on this page. Every record is paper-traded — run forward against live order books, including real spreads and real book depth, but no money changed hands. It is a much better signal than a backtest and it is not a record of profit.
What does the launch gate actually prove?

Can I counter an algorithm?
Section titled “Can I counter an algorithm?”Yes. A negative multiplier mirrors the target sequence. It is a real position, not a metaphor — it is how you say “this edge is crowded” without the deployer agreeing.
Notices and delisting

Section titled “Will I be told before an algo I hold is halted?”Yes, and the notice period is enforced in our code, not promised in a document. The halt path cannot run without a matching published notice that has matured — currently 48 hours. See section 6 of the Terms of Use.
An announcement took over my screen and I cannot dismiss it.
Section titled “An announcement took over my screen and I cannot dismiss it.”That is deliberate. A blocking notice means the screen behind it is about to stop being true — usually that a position is being closed. It clears when the change completes or the notice is withdrawn.
Privacy
